Avenue. Driver Lynsi Nichelle
Jewell, 32, of Warrenton was
uninjured. She was arrested on
suspicion of driving under the
influence of intoxicants and
booked at Clatsop County Jail,
where her blood-alcohol level
was recorded at 0.19 percent.

101. Brian Devin Zillman, 27, of
Astoria was arrested for failing
to carry and present identifica-
tion and cited for driving while
suspended. He was released
pending a court hearing.
• Tillamook: A major project
to improve traffic on U.S. High-
way 101 and State Route 6 in
downtown Tillamook will cause
traffic disruptions. It’s expected
to be complete in the fall.
• Warrant, 12:34 a.m. Jan. 23,
north of Warrenton Grade
School. Lindsay Niccole Poulsen,
28, of Astoria was taken into
custody on a detainer warrant
from parole and probation.
• Astoria: Work will continue
on the Astoria-Meglar Bridge’s
$20 million painting and im-
provement project through July.
• Contempt of court warrant,
5 p.m. Jan. 22, Premarq Cen-
ter. Seth Michael Jacobs, 25,
of Astoria was arrested on an
outstanding warrant and booked
at Clatsop County Jail.

13, Warrenton Mini Mart. Cus-
tomer reporter someone stole
his mountain bike while he was
shopping.
• Theft from campsite, 11:23 a.m.
Jan. 14, Fort Stevens camping
area. A couple reported their
firewood and a $60 generator
cable taken from their site.
• Theft of gasoline, 5:09 p.m.
Jan. 15, 900 block East Harbor
Drive. The fuel line on a work
van was cut and 32 gallons of
gasoline drained. Also, auxilia-
ry pump and windshield were
damaged.
• Theft of aluminum cans, 5:01
p.m. Jan. 16, 400 block South
Main Avenue. Two bags of cans
for recycling were taken.
• Gas siphoning, 7:07 p.m. Jan.
16, 1000 block Highway 101 Al-
ternate. Person stealing gas from
vehicles at auto shop fled the
scene before police arrived.
• Shoplifting, 10:16 a.m. Jan. 20,
Fred Meyer. A 64-year-old man
from Eugene took several items
without paying only to return a
short time later and attempt to
return them for a refund. Subject
was trespassed from the store.
• Abandoned house break-in,
1:05 p.m. Jan. 22, 300 block
North Main Avenue.

Fred Meyer. Customer became
irate when a store manager told
him not to place his lit cigarette
on the entrance door. Man was
trespassed from the store.

jured and taken by ambulance to
