Road Work Work that could affect traffic in Clatsop County next week includes: • Roadside brush chopping on Lewis and Clark Road. • Road grading in the Olney area. • Roadside brush chopping in Knappa and Elsie. • County gravel road mainte- nance in Knappa. • Logan Road will be closed to all traffic until mid-Novem- ber for construction on the Stavebolt Bridge. A detour will be in place via Lewis and Clark Road. The Stavebolt Bridge is approximately 6 miles south of Miles Crossing. • Astoria-Megler Bridge: Bridge painting work contin- ues through September 2018. Delays of up to 20 minutes are expected. • Highway 101 Business: Bridge rehabilitation work on Old Youngs Bay and Lewis & Clark River bridges. Minor delays should be expected through November. • Highway 101 near Man- zanita: Crews are replacing a culvert at Neahkahnie Creek, improving highway alignment and enhancing turn lanes.
