Road Work
Work that could affect traffic
in Clatsop County next week
includes:
• Roadside brush chopping on
Lewis and Clark Road.
• Road grading in the Olney
area.
• Roadside brush chopping in
Knappa and Elsie.
• County gravel road mainte-
nance in Knappa.
• Logan Road will be closed
to all traffic until mid-Novem-
ber for construction on the
Stavebolt Bridge. A detour
will be in place via Lewis and
Clark Road. The Stavebolt
Bridge is approximately 6
miles south of Miles Crossing.
• Astoria-Megler Bridge:
Bridge painting work contin-
ues through September 2018.
Delays of up to 20 minutes are
expected.
• Highway 101 Business:
Bridge rehabilitation work on
Old Youngs Bay and Lewis &
Clark River bridges. Minor
delays should be expected
through November.
• Highway 101 near Man-
zanita: Crews are replacing a
culvert at Neahkahnie Creek,
improving highway alignment
and enhancing turn lanes.

renton was arrested on suspicion
of making threats against his
neighbor and booked at Clatsop
County Jail for menacing.

morial Hospital for treatment.

quarantine.
