SITE DESIGN REVIEW (TYPE III PROCEDURE) SDR-19-04 The owner of Len’s Drug Store at 120 E Main St. (Map Number: 13S31E26BA Tax Lots: 8800, 8900, 9000, 9710 and 10100) in John Day is proposing a substantial renovation of the downtown building. The project will include the demolition of a portion of the existing structure, construction of a 5,900 Sq.
