Responsibility includes overall planning, operation, coordina- tion, and fiscal accountability of the county’s Area Agency on Aging, Title III, and coordinating with the Project Manager through Community Con- nections for Oregon Project Independence services. Administer programs and provide case management to eligible persons for a variety of Community Connection assistance services including homeless programs, fuel, rent, utilities, transporta- tion, etc. Screening Requirements: Associate’s degree in social services, public administra- tion or related field, or two years professional experience in social services programs designed for senior citizens; or any satisfactory combination of experience and training which demonstrates the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the above described duties.
