Qualified workers must have 3 months of tree fruit experience and must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Workers will hand har- vest apples, cherries, apricots, nectarines and pears and perform related tree-fruit based agricultural work at a guaran- teed wage of $14.12/hr. Piece rates for apples is between $20-28/bin, for cherries it would be $6.00 per 20 or 30-pound lug depending on the variety and for pears between $21-$23/ bin. Specific piece rate wage in- formation can be obtained from your local State Work Force Agency. Anticipate a 40 hr. work week and 75% of hours guaran- teed. Free housing available for workers who cannot reasonably return to their residence each day. Tools, supplies and equip- ment will be provided at no cost to the worker. Transportation and subsistence expanses to the worksite will be provided by the employer upon com- pletion of 50% of the contract. Positions are available from 05/25/2018 through 11/20/2018.
