The Oregon Community Foundation and the Non- profit Association of Ore- gon are offering the session, which is aimed for staff and board members of nonprof- its. The program will be from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Mitchell Community Hall. Lunch is provided. It will cover tips for sub- mitting a successful grant application and using case statements to make a com- pelling statement, and also offers a chance for volun- teers from Wheeler, Grant and Crook counties to net- work.
