The scope of work will consist of disconnect and removal of two existing gas cast iron boilers with 2 central heating water pumps and associated piping within the boiler room for replacement with new heating water boiler plant. Electrical scope will include re- placement of existing motor con- trol center MCC-4 with new panel and circuit breaker in the boiler room and low voltage scope to re- connect new equipment to exist- ing control panel. The following deadlines and re- strictions are applicable to the project: Project start date June 20, 2022. Contract must meet the following Substantial Completion dates: • Water Heaters installed and fully operational by September 10, 2022. • All Other work shall meet a Substantial Completion of October 1, 2022.
