CONCERT PLEASES
It was with a good -deal of con­
cern and doubt that the Monday
Musical Club contracted for the
Oray-Lhevlnne concert, fearing as
they did that the attendance might
not be sufficient to meet the ex­
penses, but the Graphic is glad to
note that the concert was a success
in every way.
•
The attendance was good and the
audience was pleased with the pro­
gram throughout, which occupied
an hour and a half: At the close
many went forward to meet Mr. and
Mrs. Lhevinne and express their
satisfaction and pleasure at the
evening’s entertainment and to see
the picture of the third member of
the family, the first born, a baby
boy, who was left behind at the
home in Alameda. California.
