At yesterday’s session of tho Episcopal conference Rev. Horsfall delivered an address upon bis mission work at Coos Bay, where he has been stationed, for the time mentioned, as a humble disciple of the man of Nazareth. It was upon this announcement that Rey. Win Horsfall made the almost unpre cedented request that the increased salary be reduced, on the plea of unworthirens. There may be better men in the service of the church than the Rev Wra.
