The place of the meetings will be announced later. • • Sewer Line Site Questioned Paul Bany, resident of Sanford Heights, appeared before the city council Monday night asking why the new sewer line would not serve his basement lavatory and washing room. He was told the extra cost would be $2,500 and that the council felt it was too high a sum to assess against his and other property. City Engineer Mike Huddleston said he had questioned all other people with basements and had found that they did not need a sewer low enough to serve their basements as they had no water in them.
