Dr. Gutman To Leave County The court made no statement as to plans for the future though it is understood that the demand for higher salary for Dr. Gytman by the state had something to do with the resignation. Dr. Gutman who is slated to re ceive her master’s degree in public health administration from the University of California in Berkley this month has been on a years leave of absence. Mrs. Todd was bom at Belmont, New York, M ay 10, 1860.
