Cooper was elected president of the Coquille Valley Garden club at a meeting o f the organization held in the city hall on Wednesday evening. Noble Rovang was re-elected vice presi dent and secretary-treasurer is Mrs. Lloyd White. A rummage sale to be held in the near future « was planned to defray outstanding expenses on the Community building landscape job.
