Mrs. J. E. Mc Gowan's parents, M r. and Mrs. Lake Ryan, of Vista, California, happily surprised when fathered for a pot-luck and visit. This was the first time in 20 years that they had been together. The party consisted of 44 people, including grandchildren. The Riverton ferry is closed from July 19 to 23rd, on account of installing a dfferent ferry and building new /am ps and general improvements.
