Taking action Monday night to combat the growing gravity of the water supply, the city council voted to cut off all water for ir ri gation outside of ,the city limits, and to lim it irrigation in the city to one hour from 6 to 7 p. m. on either Monday, Wednesday or Friday; or Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, according to the present schedule.
