Moore and Alton Grimes. • • Mrs. Anglin Improving— M r V. W. Anglin, wife of the Rev. V. W. Ang lin of the Nazarene church, is much better, Mr. Anglin said today. J. Albert Matson, presided at the business session which followed the luncheon. Minutes of previous meetings and reports of committees were heft'd. Mr. Matson and Emil R. Peterson then reported on the meeting in Port land of the Oregon Historical society, which they had attended recently. Local friends w ill be happy to learn that President J. Albert Matson was appointed a director of the Oregon Historical society fo r' a five-year term. There will be no December meet ing. President Matson hopes to have an outside speaker at the next meet ing on January 10th Present at Saturday's meeting were Mr. and Mrs. A. E. Volch, of Lang lois; Mr. and Mrs. W J.
