Coquille Independents Lose Before a small crowd at the Com munity Building here last Saturday evening, Wilkinson’s, of North Bend, defeated the Coquille Independents, 27-19, in a rough game which often resembled football. Referees Chosen Frank Fish Awarded $2450 The basketball coaches met at the high school here last Saturday morn ing and after seeing the applicants for the position of referee work out, announced the following as the offi cials who will handle all conference games in the county: Geo. Robinson, of North Bend; Clayton Mast, of Myr tle Point; W. V. Ferguson, of Co quille; and Mr. Leslie, of Bandon.
