IN THE NAME OF THE STATE OF OREGON:
.You and each of you aa owners, claimanta, or holder.-
of an intereat, lien, claim of estate in and to the herein­
after-described real property, situated in Ceea County,
Bute of Oregon, and all persons owning or claiming to
own or having or claiming to nave aa interest therein
are hereby notified that Coos County, a duly organiaed
county and body politic and corporate under end by virtue
<rf the conetitution and laws of the State of Oregon, the
Plaintiff above named, is the owner and holder of a oer-
tMcwte at delinquency isaued on the 10th day of Decem­
ber, 1924, by the Sheriff and Tax Colleotor of Coos Coun­
ty, SUte of Oregon, to said county in one general cert<-
ficate in book form, comprising pages 1 to 54 inclusive, for
the delinquent taxes for the year 1920, upon and including
all the property on the tax rolls in said sheriff’s and Tax
Collector’s office for said year, upon which no certificates
of delinquency had previously been issued or issued at
all, and which said certificaU of delinquency so issued
said County was filed by said sheriff and tax collector
the office of the County Clerk on the 15th day of Jaau-
¡5, end constituted and la a public record of eaid
and open to the inspection of all persons inter­
ested therein; you and each od you an further notified
that the description of the property included in said cer­
tificate of delinquency, the name of the person or persons
appearing upon the latest tax rolls in th. hands at the
Sheriff and Tax Collector at Coos County, State of Ora-
