Ernest Anderson, aged 27 year*, ranched o f Haynes Inlet, is at Mercy hospital in a serious condition as a result o f being shot Wednesday a f- tenoon by Constable P. W . The constable states that he had told Anderson he was' under arrest and that Anderson ran.
