After the closing of the session at 4 o’clock Sunday morning. Mr. and Mrs. Sfd- ler went to Portland, where thev vis ited till Tuesday evening. Mr. Sid ler condemns the tactics of the leg islature ip passing a great mass of legislation during the closing hours, the bills not even having been print ed or considered in committee, says that it is in such actions the jobbery that puts legislatures in •bad repute is found.
