According to evidence placed be fore the Jury, Duff killed his wife and then turned his revolver on him self He became angry when, upon returning from town, his wife found him In her bed and ordered hlra out. Going Into the next room. Duff se cured a heavy pistol, and hot his wife In the presence of three small sons and one daughter, as they plead d for hlra to spare their mother. Then Duff walked out, sat down on the edge of bis bed and tired two shots Into his heart. His eldest son, Chester. It, was the principal wit ness.
