Commlttee.727 Asks Extension of Time- Manager Sanders of The Rogue River Public Service corporation has asked the city council for an exten sion of time for the completion of its agreement with the city whereby the franchise for an electric light and power line within the city was grant ed. Mr. Sanders wrote the council that the sugar factory proposition had taken so much of the energy and re sources of his company during the past six months that the other pro jects bad necessarily been slighted and further time would be required in meeting the conditions.
