A large majority of the Mer ry Mountaineers were either sick or hunting. Clyle Wherry our caller was also hunting. Edna and Clyde Barnhart o the Windy Whirlers called for us. There is to be a dance at Troutdale and also (I believe they said) Rock Creek Grange hall at 123rd and Stark this Sat. night.Both are masquerade parties but you- do not need to go masked if you dont want. Hope some of you will go out to the Grange hall as most of those people belong to our club. Our next dance will be Nov. 2nd.
