Every voter who would back the Mayor and coun cil in their efforts to get Eugene's municipal affairs on a sound and stable basis and keep them there should vote for the reassessment amendment, which is in the interest of the general taxpayer. Every voter should likewise favor the measure to increase the penalty for assessment delinquency, which is designed to cut down delinquencies in just payments due.
