This contest is conduct eil in two divisions, the first for larger high schools, and the second for those having fewer than 350 students. The Clarion will keep its prize perman ently, having won it three consecu tive times. t'ompetition was keen, with a large number of annuals submitted. An nuals were jlped on originality, make-up, content, printing and en graving,' and cover.
