' Take Salts If Stomach Isn't Acting Right Tndigested food delayed In the stomach decays, or rather fermenta, the same as food left in the open air, ays a noted authority. He also tell ns that Indigestion is caused by Hy peracidity meaning there is an exerap of hydrochloric acid in the stomach which prevents complete digestion and starts food fermentation. Thus everything eaten sours in the Atom-1 fteh much like garbage sours in a cn, forming acrid fluids' and gases vhifh inflate the stomach like a toy balloon. Then we feel a heary, lumpy misery In the chest; we belch up gas; w eructate sour food or hare heart burn, flatulence, water-brash or naus ea. He tells us to lay aside all digest ive aids and instead get from any pharmacy four ounces of Jad Salts and take a tableppnonful in a glass f water before breakfast and drink It while it is effervescing, and furth ermore, to continue this for a week. While relief often follows the first dose, it is Important to help neui 1 ise the acidity, remove the gas-making mays, start the liver, stimulate the kidneys and thus promote a free flow of pure digestive jnices. Jad Salts is inexpensive, and la nade from the acid of grapes and lemon Jnice, combined with llthla and odiam phosphate. This harmless alts is used for many stomach dis orders with excellent results.
