The report of reclamation service engi neers to tho Columbia basin survey commission of the department of the interior will bo made public in n few days, it whs stated hero today by Hervey Lindley of Seattle, president of the Columbia basin irrigation lea gue, who paused through Spokane en route homo from Washington, D. C., where he conferred with interior de partment officials concerning the pro ject. He expressed entire satisfaction with the eugitieer'B report which he said embodies five alternate plans for water supply.
