Walters, pas tor of the First Methodist church, will deliver the main address. Other member of the ministerial union will aid in the nen ices. It is expected that Rome mem ber of the hospital staff will give a few words about the organization aud itt his tory. The hospital building, which is lo cated on WUhunette street just south of the city hall, will be thrown open for the inspection of the general public after the exercises. Doors will be open until U o'clock. ' A general reception will be held In the evening, starting at 7:HO o'clock, nieni: hers of the staff and their assistants meeting the public. At S o'clock that eve ning Dr. Walter T. Williamson of Port land will deliver an addresn on some public health subject. This con eludes the program. The hospital building, in construction, arrangement and equipment, will not be outranked by anything in the state of Oregou outside of Portland, say authori ties, t is the last word in hospital con venience. There will be 50 beds at the start, but the capacity can be increased to HO beds without any alterations or additions.
