'Eustace. And Paul Hnrvev, the latter" filed Monday a petition in the supreme court to restrain the direc tors from removing them from office. A bearing on this mttlon will bo held Tues day. I The rruiri-es drc!nr(.tht.directors hnve inspired an insidious nronngnndn which has impaired the financial success of Christian Science publications, and de creased their circulations. ' The factor whidi hns complicated the case is that while the supreme court rul- I ed the directors could remove trustees, Itne terms of Mary Boker Kddy's trust, -give the trustees exclusive power to , elect their successors, so .that if the ' two remaining trustees arc removed there will be no tixistees. 1 Kustnco nnd Harvey and Lament Kow lnnds, deposed trustees, have petitioned the court to examine tiicir accounts nnd to appoint their successors at. the same time tendering to the court their resigna tions.: aud in Monday's, petition ask that the directors b restrained from remov ing then, from pending Uecmion on the , prior motion. , r I INSANE: KILLS THREE. ; Philadelphia, Iec. 21.
