At the Woodman hall Saturday
night the Creswell high school ban
ket ball team defeated a team from
Pleasant 11111 by a score or 33 to 9.
It was a hard-fought exciting garni",
regardless of the uneven score, and
the large crowd present enjoyed the
game from start to finish. In size
the teams were evenly matched, but
the local team outclassed their op
ponents In team work. This was (he
first game of the season for the
Creswell team and they are very
much elated over their victory
