Ashland Starts Move.
From Ashland It is learned that
two referendum petitions have 'been
forwarded to Attorney-General Craw
ford' asking his opinion as to tho cor
rectness of form or the petition. Ac
companying each petition forwarded
to solicitors and circulators Is a slip
containing information as to the man
ner of securing and attesting the
names signed and requesting that
