Jenkins Hains, with murder in the first degree, were brought In by the Queens county grand jury at Flushing, L. I., today. They are based upon the killing of Wm. E. Annis at the Bayside Y'acht Club in August. Although T. JonipVis Hains had been held as accessory the Indictment charges him as well us bis blither with being a princ'pal.
