Flans are now being drawn by Archi tect Hunzicker for a one-story brick, 40x120 feet in dimensions, to be erected on the lot just south of and adjoining the Chrlsman block at the corner of Ninth and Willamette streets. Dr. W. E. Zuber, a recent arrival here from Williamsport, Pa., who has bought the lot, will erect the building for H. G. Triplett. recently from Salem, Ohio, who will open a general merchandise store there. The price paid for the property is $0000. This property was bought by 1. N.
