Balnbrldge Sat urday afternoon filed In the circuit court, through her attorney, C. A. Wintermeler, a complaint, asking for a divorce from her husband, William H. Bainbridge. She alleges that they were married In Rock county (now Brown county) Nebraska, on March I, 1S8B, and have the following ral- inor children: John James, agea iv years; Fannie Elisabeth, 17; Mag gie Mary, 15; Myron Henry, 11; So phia Eliza, 9; Florence Nellie. 6,'and Frank la Raymond, 19 months. Mrs. Bainbridge alleges that on April 20, 1906, her 'husband wilfully and with out cause or provocation deserted her and has since failed and neglected to contribute anything for her support or for the support of the children; that since that time she has been compelled to work to support herself and some of the children.
