The Eugeno Coburg train brought tho work cars and other puraphernalia over to the main line and the first freight train going north took them on to ward Portland. The bridge Is a splendid structure and replaced an old wooden one that did service (or many years. When the recdnt finan cial flurry came on the company or dered work on tho bridge stopped, nlong with tho curtailment of a great deal of other work, but In a week or two afterward the crew was ordered back to finish the bridge, as it was very near completion.
