Two Ladies Hurt In a Smashup

Mra "Tug" Wilson and daughter
started out in a carriage shortly after
one o'clock this afternoon to go to the
eountry wet of here. As tbey reached
tbe end ol West Sixth street at the in
tersectlon of Blair, and lu running over
a blgb crosswalk three tugHO-tme loose,

to tbe ground Tbis frightened the
horses and they started to run. The
carriage was turned bottom-side up
ward and tbe horses broke loose and
ran baok luto town, being caught near

quite severe but not serious lijuriee.

him about the time the disease was

Dr Atwood returned shortly after
noon aud diagnoses the ottse as "Ma
nila itib." There Is a difference of
opinion, however, among tbe medical

asserting tbat tbe so-called "Manila
ltoh" Is a very light form of smallpox.
In any event Mr Kissinger's neigh
bors will not trouble him wlib their

standing near by, turning It over, but
