Henry Hart, a residentof the little town of Wilbur, ten miles north of Rosebure, fatally shot a Japanese railroad section man last night. Hart claims that the Japanese followed him home and was attempting to break: into his house when he shot. Ihe presence ot the Japanese at the Hart residence is accounted for by tho claim that he had been robbed and that ho accused Hart of the crime. Hart wai arrested and is in jail.
