We understand there are about sixty thousand Circle members In the Unit ed Stales, aud the good work will be pushed with vigor until all the moth ers, wives, daughters and grand daught jrs of old soldiers are safe with in the Circle of the Ladies of the Grand Army of the Republic A good time was had, aud all were well pleased with the result of our mid on Cottage Grove. When all was ovei we were escorted to the depot by the newly organized cirole and comrades or Ord Post, bearing Old Glory at the bead of tbe column.
