Mr Yaughan will introduce a bill regulating tho running at large of stuck, except in certain sections where there is good range and nothing fjr the stock to Injure. He will also seek to secure the passage ol an act to reduce the legal tate of interest in Oregon to 0 and 8 per cent. A bill was given him to introduce placing the rati at 6 and C, but Mr Yjuglmn thinks it would stand no show for becom ing a law.
