SHERIFF WITHERS MONUMENT Will Be Unveiled Tomorrow- Sheriff Fisk Will Make Ad dress at Cemetery. At 2 o’clock tomorrow afternoon the ceremony of uuveiliug the monu ment erected to the memory of the late Sheriff W. W. Withers by Spring field Eodge, Woodmen of the World, will take place at the Eugene Mason ic cemetery. The ceremonies will he conducted by that lodge of which he was a mem ber. The address will be made by Sheriff Fisk, first deputv at the time of the killing.
