V. A. Sharnian was the tin animnua choice for the ollice of re corder. The only contest wan for the nomination ot City Marshal A. J. Tupper and A. S. Newton were tie names placed in nomination. Whim the ballots were counted it was found that 32 were cast for Tupper and 12 for A. S. Newton. Mr. Tupper was therefore declared the nominee. Forcnunilmen, W. II.
