If any one passed their home hungry it was their own fault. The latch string always hung on the outside and Aunt Ann was a good cook and Uncle George provided well. He lived on the ranch till two years ago when he moved to Creswell, where he built a beauti ful home and furnished it well. George was not a member of the church. Yet he took great inter est in the little church at W alker, helping most liberally when it was built.
