A eroplane sailing is declared to be the most ex h ilaratin g mode of travel ever enjoyed. W e sincerely hope th a t the dream will m aterial ize. If for no other reason we hope for its success that pedestrians may ta k e on once more their old sense of security. By a recent order all encam pm ents in the future will be conducted sim ilarly to those of the regulars and will lie inspected by regular arm y offi cers. Officers’ schools of in stru c tion with lxith theoretical and practical instructions are provided, as well as lectures by leading army men.
