Vinson has began suit in the circuit court against Bird G. Vinson, for divorce and for the restoration of her maiden name, Wilda C. Diinmick. They were married at I'.Ik ton, Douglas county, on Jan. 19th, 1908, and have no children. Mrs. Vinson alleges cruel and inhuman treat ment as grounds for the legal separation.
