Slugs and cutworms are doing
no small amount of damage to the!
early gardens in this vicinity. Corn
nnd beans are, in some instances,
being striped as fast as it comes
through the ground.
Farmers stiould not let the
creamery question get out of sight.
It is successfully operated through
out the state today, and theie areJ
fow communities in the state of the)
population of Cottage Grove and
vicinity, that are not' doing a
flourishing creamery business.
