CLASS 11 - SCARECROWS These should be 3’ to 7’ and self- supporting. Can be made by an individual or a group. CLASS 12 – BEST DRESSED FRUIT OR VEGETABLE DIVISION F - ART SUPERINTENDENT Carol Chapman RULES AND REGULATIONS 1. All work must be original (except student class). 2. An exhibit which has been awarded a prize at a pre- vious FAIR may not compete, but may be used for display only. 3. If in the judges’ opinion, an exhibit is not up to specified standard, it will not receive a prize. 4. All entries must be matted and/or framed and must be securely wired for hanging. If the hanging devices are flimsy, or unstable, the entry will not be displayed. 5. All paintings should have a name on them. 6. Artist should choose a category, a class, and a lot for each painting exhibited. 7. Each artist will be allowed no more than 4 items per person.
