COTTAGE GROVE SENTINEL November 25, 2015 3C What I'm thankful for....cont. the family I have. I am thank- ful for the clothes I wear. I am thankful for the bed I sleep in. I am thankful for the friends I have, I am thankful to be thankful. Shane Reimchi I am thankful for my parents because they take care if me and they help me with my homework. Another think I am thankful for is my school because other kids around the world don't get to go to school and get an education instead they have to work. They kind of have a have a hard life. It's sad because they don't get to go to school. Something else I'm thankful for is America because it has good schools. Stephanie Rodrigues I am thankful for my life. I am thankful for my family. I am thankful for my school. I am thankful for my great teach- ers. I am thankful for my great friends. I am thankful for my great substitutes. I am thankful for our army. I am thankful for being able to live in America. Tyler Russell I am thankful for having my loving, carin family and hav- ing them there to support me. When I fall they always help me out. I ask my Dad on day for training wheels on my bike he said no you don't your not old enough to ride without training wheels. My big broth- er Shawn and my Dad taught me how to ride without training wheels. I love my family, they help me time and always there for me. Malaky Barr I am thankful for my brothers Knee being okay. Because on day he and my Dad went hunt- ing, my brother was messing with a cow call. My dad had arrows for a bow on his waist. My dad stooped. My brother didn't realize and hit his knee on an arrow, He said:”I didn't feel the pain until I took a step,” My Dad carried him a mile to get him to the car so they could rush to the hospital, Then we got the phone call that he was in the hospital, He bled a lot. But we were lucky, the arrow didn't hit the bone, hes up and fi ne. Elyssa F. I am thankful for being born. If I was'nt born I would'nt be here. If God did'nt create me I would'nt standing here right now. I am so thankful that I am here. Darrell I am thankful for my loving parents even though they are separated and I live with my mom I still love them both equally. I am also thankful for being able to go to this new school and meet new people. Another thing I am thankful for is my beautiful new house in Cottage Grove that doesn’t have black mold like the duplex that I lived in, in Eugene. I am thankful for my wonderful brain and coping abilities. I am especially thankful for amazing fi fth grade teachers at my new school Bohemia. What I am most thankful for though is my best friends. Zen Schnee I am thankful for my house because if it was raining or snowing then we would not have cover and be freezing. But We’re overflowing with gratitude for all the folks who have helped play a part in our success this past year. We feel truly blessed by your loyal support and we look forward to your continued friendship. Happy Thanksgiving! El Tapatio Mexican Restaurant &(JCCTt we have a house that we can go inside when the weather is bad or to sleep. We could also turn the heat up. I am also thank- ful for my family because if I didn’t have my family I would not have a home. Also I would not have money to pay for heat, house, water and electrcity. Also, it would be me by my- self. There is two more things I am thankful for the fi rst one is food because you need food to survive. Also, some foods help you grow. The last thing I am thankful for is school because you learn there. They also help you learn what you need to learn. That is what I am thank- ful for. Cohen Costa I am thankful for our house Because we have a bed to sleep on and we have a bathroom to go to the bath room and take a Bath and we have washers and driers to dry ou clothes and wash tham because if didn’t have any of this things we would Be in the streets all dirty I am thankful for food because if we didn’t have food we would have been very skinny that we would die and I am thankful for our life because we can eat and play with are friends and we have some place were to live and we have were to sleep and take a shower and we have a car to ride on and we have a Plane to travel on. Alex Cortes I am thankful for my family. I am really thankful for my fam- ily because without my family I would’nt be standing. I am also thankful for my wonderful house. It’s the best, coolest and the only house I want to live in. I have been living in that house since I was a baby. I love it so much. That is why I am thank- ful for my house and my fam- ily. I am also thankful for food because without food I would be starving to death. Those are the things I am thankful for. Cesar Hernandez I am thankful for my Family, We have allways been there for each other. Family is up and down, you argue, but no one ever stops loving. A home isn’t just fl oors, rooms, stairs and furniture. NO, home is where the heart is. Make sure your home is fi lled with love. You wake up every morning and see your family and that is special. This Thanksgiving call all your family even if you guys have been Fighting and you don’t won’t to be the one who gives up. I’v been there a time or more. But I’m mostly thankful for my family. I couldn’t live without them. I am thankful for my 3 pets too, my 2 cats and my hamster, Herbie. Ms. Bascue is someone who teaches me. Without Ms. Bascue, I’d have no idea what lo to a power is! Food, water, and a warm house to live in are things I should be thankful for every single day of my life! Not many people have what I have, that’s why my mom tells me to be thakful, and I am. It is self- ish and rude not to give thanks. Being thankful is a big thing! I am happy to have friends. My TV, Wii, computer, Xbox, and my ipod are things to be thank- ful for, but none aren’t more important than family. There are so many things to be thank- ful for that we dont even know. Everyone should be thankful for something! Emma Cook I am thankful for my life so I can see my family and friends. It give you a chance to make things right. You can be free and have kinds and watch them grow up to be nice people. You could have a house to go home to your family. If you think about it god made us for a reason. You might not know why but we all have a purpose. You may think why am I here. It is because you may not know or I many not know but you will fi gure out and when you do it will be amazing. You are special in your own way if people do not see that say that it does not matter because I am thankful and that is all I need to be happy is my family and other people. Cheyenne Adcock I am thankful for all the works that help us get food and raise their kid right. Without food we wouldn’t have energy. The peo- ple who help the community help the city by cleaning trash up or helping homeless people or kids. They help a lot of people and that’s what makes Cottage Grove a great place to live. We also have great teach- ers that help kids learn. Without teachers kids or parents would not be educated. So that’s all the things I’m thankful of. Virginia Martinez I am thankful for many things. What I am mainly thankful for is how nice and loving my family is. I know that me and brother Hadyn fi ght sometimes, We Are Truly Thankful Board certified physicians, specialized healthcare professionals, exceptional support staff, state-of-the art technology, innovative and healing facilities, ‘Gold Seal of Approval’ by The Joint Commission, and accreditation by the American College of Radiology for MRI and Mammography... if we took time to count all our blessings, that turkey and stuffing would get pretty cold. but still love him. I know that my mom and dad get me in trouble sometimes but I still do love them. I even get mad my Halle, but I still love her as well. So I am very, very, thank- ful for my family. I am very thankful for other stuff too, but not nearly as much as my fam- ily. I am thankful for shelter, my body, food and water. Yah! So my list of stuff I’m thakful for would be more than this page. Ethan Petersen I am thankful for my family because the provide me with love and comfort. I am also very thankful for my friends who are always there to help me, and for my pets because they make good company. I am thankful for the teachers who teach us things. I am thankful for my parents because the give me food and they take care of me. I am also very thankful for for my home because I have somewhere to go every day. I am thankful for my brother who helps me with my home- work, and for the rain because it makes the plants grow. I am thankful for the trees and the beauty of the earth. I am thank- ful for my wonderful life, for the wonderful place I live in and I am thankful for every- thing I have. Savanna Brooks I am thankful for Many things. I am thankful for my friends and family because they are all nice and thoughtful. I am also thankful for all of the stuff that I get from my family. Next, I am thankful for the house that I live in right now. Then I am thankful for all of the stuff that my family does for me. After that I am thankful for all of the food that my parents/family cook for Thanksgiving. I am also thankful for my parents getting me the stuff that I want sometimes. I am thankful for all of the meals my parents cook for me. Also, I am thank- ful for all of the holidays and stuff I get on the holidays. I am thankful for all of the birthdays for my family or friends. This is most of the stuff that I am thankful for from my friends and family and all of the stuff that I own. Megan Wilson I am thankful for my Mom and, my sister Cloe, my brother Gus and I can't forget my brother Billy. I love my family and I'm thankful for school and my friends. They are really great friends and my teacher Mrs. Olsen She is a really great teacher. She can really inspire you and thats what I like about her. Abby I am thankful for friends and family I would be lonely and would'nt be able to buy food or pay the bills. Without friends there would be nothing to do and nobody to play with. I am also thankful for food and school because without food I would be really hungry all the time. Without school ot would be really hard to learn how to read and do math. Alex Romero I am thankful for all my stuff that I have, for all my deer, tur- keys, but most thankful for my family and the house and the land we rome. My Mom wakes me up in the morning and helps me with everything. My Dad helps ne hunt, works 5 days a week to keep my family dry and have food and gets money for the family. And I am thank- ful for all 4 of my brothers that help me and play with me. Tahnk you Dad, Mom, Triston, Bryce and Blake. I love all of you, Auston I am thankful for having my grandpa. He was through Viet- nam war, open heart surgery, he got part of his lung taken out from lung cancer, he fell from a ladder that made his brain swell up. And he is going through chemo therapy. I am thankful for having an awesome family. My Mom makes good food for us. My Dad to because he is nice and lets me do lots of things. Ben Lopez I am thankful for my parents because they get money to keep a roof over my head. I am also thankful for the lord because he made the earth. I’m also thank- ful for the soilders that fi ght for us. I am also thankful for the school. I am also thankful for being alive. I’m also thankful for friends. I am also thankful for a wonderful teacher. I am also thankful for world of hap- piness. I’m also thankful for having a fun class. Jack Farley I am thankful for my grandpa going to and surviving to help my country. Also for having a mom that puts a roof over my head, is hard-working, buys me food and clothes for me to wear. For my little sis, Irelynn, and all the world that God created for us to live in. I am also thankful for having peace between us and the ability to make new friends. I am thank- ful for our lush green forests and our beautiful waterfalls. I am grateful and thankful for many things. But the thing I am most thankful for is me liv- ing life, the way I am. Aislynn Quatier I am thankful for my family becawe they work hard to make me food. I am also grateful for my teacher becas she helps me learn. I am thankful for trees becue their oxagen keeps us alive. I am thankful for clothes beacue I don’t get cold. I am also thankful for my friends so I have some one to play with. Luke Gifford I am thankful for my family. My mom works hard for a roof over our head. I am thankful for my sisters Kayla, Brittney, Katie, and me Braelyn. My sis- ter Kayla has a baby. She helps my mom to. My sister Brittney help my mom to. Braelyn Spears I am thankful for my mom and dad because they work so hard to keep a roof over me and my brother’s head. I am also thankful for my gramma because she cares for me and loves me. Am thankful for my best friend Dominic he makes me feel happy when I am sad he’s the best friend anyone could have. I am so grateful for my grandpa because he faught in the war. And I’m glad I have my pets because they make me laugh. And without my brother because without him I wouldn’t Happy Thanksgiving, Friends! This Thanksgiving, we’re counting our many blessings, and your friendship is at the top of the list!
