Oa and after the date of December 20th, 1910, all domestic dogs and cats owned and held, within Wallowa county, Oregon, will be. placed under quarantine and will not .be permitted to be moved from the above elatiud Wallowa county, Oregon, except by permission, of the, State Veterinarian. DEFINITION: Hydrophobia Is an sxtremely infectious disease of man and animals, usually .traiiBuuttea oy lltes.
