Of the ap- proximately 90,000 Coldwell Banker Associates worldwide, local brokers Rick Cox, Shir- ley Hunt, Wanda Johnson, Dave Forsberg, Diana Hack- ett, Dennis Pease and Lynnette Wikstrom all received produc- tion recognition placing them among in the upper echelon of the brokers in the Coldwell Banker system. Also in 2017, Andy Johnson, owner and principal broker of the local firm, once again re- ceived the “Office Manager’s Award for Excellence,” a dis- tinction presented to only 207 of the 3,000 Coldwell Banker offices worldwide. In addition, the local firm garnered top dis- tinction among the region as a “Premier Office” recognized as a top producing company for its size across the U.S. Johnson said, “In a small town such as Florence, to have seven of our brokers receive such covet- ed recognition in the Coldwell Banker sys- tem is truly a rare and extraordinary achieve- ment.
