Coldwell Banker Coast Real Estate agents recognized within Coldwell global network
Seven local real estate bro-
kers at Coldwell Banker Coast
Real Estate were recently hon-
ored for their 2017 production
within the Coldwell Banker
global network, according to
company officials. Of the ap-
proximately 90,000 Coldwell
Banker Associates worldwide,
local brokers Rick Cox, Shir-
ley Hunt, Wanda Johnson,
Dave Forsberg, Diana Hack-
ett, Dennis Pease and Lynnette
Wikstrom all received produc-
tion recognition placing them
among in the upper echelon
of the brokers in the Coldwell
Banker system.
Also in 2017, Andy Johnson,
owner and principal broker of
the local firm, once again re-
ceived the “Office Manager’s
Award for Excellence,” a dis-
tinction presented to only 207
of the 3,000 Coldwell Banker
offices worldwide. In addition,
the local firm garnered top dis-
tinction among the region as a
“Premier Office” recognized as
a top producing company for
its size across the U.S.
Johnson said, “In a small
town such as Florence, to have
seven of our brokers
receive such covet-
ed recognition in the
Coldwell Banker sys-
tem is truly a rare and
extraordinary achieve-
ment. It is a result of
their tireless work eth-
ic, attention to detail,
and an innate ability
to connect with people
and serve their needs.
“An amazing accom-
plishment, in my opin-
ion.”
